One more reminder SMS shall be sending to visitors 1 day before for reminding appointment..  Unique code & personal detail shall be available in our data base.

Software overview  Once visitors got SMS with Unique code & Entry tickets pdf shall be ed to his id. He will keep his print copy of tickets during his fixed appointment time.  Visitor should reach 2 hours before appointment.  We will have Counter to verify visitor details.  Counter has read/write bar code scanners. All systems shall be in LAN. We will have our daily database back up with us (softcopy & hard copy). System shall be work offline no live data shall be used (without help of internet).  Our Volunteers verify visitor detail. We will have list of visitors of that day. We shall search his name/invoice no. Verify his identity with our details available in our data base.  Once our details got match we issued tickets.  Volunteers and VIP shall have special cards for entry.

Software overview Design of Unique code (SMS)  Unique code/bar code shall includes date, time, code etc.  This appointment is Non Refundable/ Non transferrable.  Please come with ID proof (Aadhar card/Pan card/Driving License for Photo ID.) and SMS sent by SOCHSS  Visitors must be present two hour before appointment time.  Child up to 3 years is exempted in this system.  If visitors fails to reach to counter within appointment.
