Gallery Feedback HomeCentreCafe CourseLocation How is the presentation suitable for purpose: promote, entertain, education, inform. I have been asked to produce a multimedia presentation for the company ‘Out and Up’ that encourages people to come to the brand new activity centre. My presentation is suitable for promoting the activity centre because it makes the activity centre look high quality and superior. To promote the company to new customers I have ensured the title page has a title and relevant images to show what the company has on offer. The gallery page has a range of images showing past customers engaging with staff while doing activities. What has been included to meet the needs of the audience – look at your success criteria. I have included a feedback page which will meet the needs of the audience because it will allow them to see reviews and different perspective of past customers to evaluate whether or not the audience would like to visit the centre and help them to make an informed choice. Also I have included opening times, prices, maps and contact details which also add to the audience making an informed choice. How they checked their presentation for accuracy – proof reading, teacher, buddy, consistency. I also designed a navigation plan which planned how all of my pages would come together and connect to allow the audience to navigate themselves around the presentation so they wouldn’t have to read or see things that they already know. Describe how they checked for problems and corrected them e.g. broken links, formatting etc.- testing as I went along and at the end. I checked for problems such as broken links and formatting by testing as I went along for example when I finished a page I viewed the presentation and made sure that every link went to the correct place, the sound that I had put in was playing when it was supposed to. By testing as I went along I could easily fix the problems without it making an effect on all of my presentations and it allowed me to learn different and easier easy of doing things on the next pages that I was going to complete.
