‘How’s your communication?’ Data Analysis Needs Assessment Plan Implement and Monitor TEAM BUILDING
Each group will receive a drawing which only 1 of you will see (the communicator) The team will have 2 minutes to come up with a plan to complete the activity before the communicator sees the drawing and the game begins Rules of the game:
The communicator: will have to describe the drawing to the group in a manner that allows them to recreate it on chart paper can only give a description once (no repeats) is not allowed to see the group’s drawing (no peeking) cannot react to any conversation overheard (keep still) Rules of the game:
The group members are not allowed to ask questions of the communicator have to contribute to the drawing (make your mark) Time limit: You have a total of 10 minutes to complete this task Rules of the game:

Next Steps Activity Gallery Walk 1.Each table will start at a poster set up around the room 2.Team will write down their ideas 3.When the music stops, rotate to the next poster 4.Add your ideas and write down any new ideas you see from other teams. Listen for the music cue!!! 5.Continue until you’ve visited every poster. 6.Final gallery walk to take notes on all of the ideas and comments
