Ambition in Action Staff Upgrading Skills /Legislative and Institute requirements eg OH&S, Project Management, Record Keeping /Changes to Training Package or qualifications required for delivery eg Screen and Media (Interactive Digital Media)

Ambition in Action Upgrading Skills (Implementation) /Identified by teaching section and/or ADBs and HT OR Support Unit /Group/individual Learning Plan /Approved by ADEPs and College Directors OR Line Manager /Workforce Development Unit notified and final approval /Enrolment using TWG code

Ambition in Action Top Up Classes /Course being conducted and vacancies exist AND competencies align to one or more of the five capability areas of the Workforce Development Guarantee AND a vacancy exists NB This does not apply to Cert IV TAA
