 Chinese cuisine originated from different regions in China and is now widespread in almost all countries around the world. Regional cultures in China are different from one another greatly, so different and their food. Meal in China is always dry than for main dish they usually eat rice, or topcoats and accompanying dishes of vegetables, meat, fish or other food.

 Despite the importance of rice in Chinese culture, by extremely formal occasions the rice is completely discharged, in which case the rice is served only when all other foods are completed, or as a symbolic meal of fried rice at the end of the meal. chorbite and soups served at the beginning of the meal, except in southern China, where he served in the end.

 In most dishes in Chinese cuisine, food is prepared in bite-sized pieces, ready for direct picking up and eating. In China the use of knives and forks on the table is considered barbaric because they are considered weapons. Fishes are usually cooked and served whole, so that guests take pieces of sticks. The restaurants often servants share portions of fish with two forks. Chicken is also very popular in Chinese cuisine.
