Producing electricity  Electricity is a useful form of energy. It can easily be changed to other forms of energy

Producing electricity Most of the energy we use every day comes from a power station.

Power station  In a power station huge generators are turned to produce electricity.  Each generator consists of an enormous magnet surrounded by coils of copper wire. How can those magnets rotate???

By the rotation of turbine. It is a kind of large wheel fitted with blades. Power station How can those wheels Spin very fast to turn Magnet of generator???

Power station wind Coal Water Gas
