The goal: The main goal of the network has been to promote and support the development of national and local public ECD policies that will contribute to improving the quality of life of children in the region. The goal of this year has been to incorporate the Key Advocacy Messages: The 4 CORNERSTONES in the region using the strategies focused in the importance of understanding and looking forward the appliance of them.
Promote the exchange of knowledge about the real situation of early childhood and policies in countries of the region Promote the exchange and the democratization of knowledge on issues of early childhood, generated regionally and globally Define and/or strengthen strategies for technical support to individual members, or groups of members, of the network, in accordance with their interests, needs and feasibility, at the country and territorial levels Promote the participation of the LAC ECD Network with other networks where there is a match of objectives and common interests.
