Meeting outcomes – March 2010  Launched TF-CPR Repository  Place to store NREN Marketing tools in order to facilitate sharing  Organised by topic area (eduroam, security, etc)  Integrated with GEANT PSP work so one place for all community marketing tools  Wiki space for discussion areas  Launched new version of PeaR Community News  New format allows for more information, for example community events  New design is more visual (logos, etc), to improve readability  Created joint NREN marketing plan to increase distribution. Plan to be executed by participating NRENs in Q2/Q3/Q4 2010

Meeting outcomes – March 2010  Agreement to work more closely with TF- Media in the future due to common synergies  Fall 2010 TF-CPR meeting will be partially joint meeting with TF-Media in Norway, October 2010  Beforehand, will identify possible common work areas (likely to evolve over time)  Conducted TF-CPR ‘satisfaction survey’ to provide input to TERENA for ensuring relevant and productive topic areas and format in future task force meetings

Meeting overview – June 2010  Located at TNC 2010  Partially joint meeting with TF-MSP  Day 1 TF-CPR (half day)  Day 2 TF-CPR + TF-MSP joint meeting (half day)  Main format and topic areas:  presentation : results of TF-CPR Compendium  workshops in break-out groups for brainstorming:  “Pimp my videoconference” – an exercise to create a marketing plan for videoconferencing services.  TF-CPR Compendium: - how can we use the information collected to collaborate more/better amongst ourselves?  Joint meeting: “Commoditization and Cloud Services” – are NREN services becoming commodities? What evidence is there to support/reject ideas?

Meeting outcomes – June 2010  Agreement to use input from joint workshop on commoditization to  Learn more about the topic area and as it applies to your country  Create better ‘customised’ communications with target audience  Since TF-CPR Compendium measured specific topic areas where NRENs want to collaborate on together….  Agreement to tailor future meetings according to prioritized focus areas as indicated in TF-CPR Compendiums  Will use future meetings to create/brainstorm input for more ‘collective’ marketing campaigns.
