Requirements  Access by minors to inappropriate material  Safety and security when using , chat  Unauthorized/unlawful activities (hacking)  Disclosure of personal information  Measure to restrict access to harmful material

Additional (2008)  Requires online safety education programs  Appropriate behavior on social networking sites and chat rooms  Cyberbullying awareness and response
