DC Spot From Stars Analysis Methods. –2D (Gausian) Fit. Different ‘image cleaning’ methods: –N Rings around 2 maximum pixels. –Masks (hot pixels, others stars, etc.) Task based. –MPSFFit, MPSFFitCalc –New macro psffit.C –'Hillas' like analysis. Summary & Outlook We have an alternative to camera rotation. (a least for some sources) Tool to help tracking test. Integrated in Mars. A lot of work to be done. –Apply correction every few seconds instead of every run (synchronisation of DCs and raw data). –Estimate accuracy of misspointing with this method.
