Current situation in HE system Currently, students study at the Bachelor’s level and 7940 students at the Master’s level. Students are being taught and educated by teachers. More than 1000 of them are Dphil, nearly Assistant Professors. University libraries have books fund consisting of 20 million copies.

General simplification of the model.
