Consolidated Plan  Includes: Guidance and Directions for writing the plan Budgets for Title I-A;I-C;II-A;II-D;III;IV-A;V-A Funding Details for Title I-A Connects with the Continuous Improvement Planning Tool (CIP) where descriptions of programs, outlining all required elements are articulated. Due by June 30th

Basic Programs Schoolwide Targeted Assistance  Schools must annually review and update both Schoolwide and Targeted Assistance Plans and update them in the Continuous Improvement Planning Tool (CIP). Parents must be included in this process.  Schools who are in Schoolwide Planning must operate as a Targeted Assistance Program until notified of final approval of their plan by the SDE  An Annual Meeting to inform parents of the program must be held.  Time & Effort Reporting for both programs. If it is a Schoolwide Program that combines the funds, then a semi- annual certification by the principal is required.
