MP & Elementary Career lessons that stress the importance of graduation and thinking beyond high school to meet career goals (2 collaboratively written lessons each year K-5). Who am I? What are my talents? How do I support my gifted areas? What do I need to do to reach my goals? “Graduation ceremony” for fifth graders to mark this important step towards high school graduation. Final Thoughts Continued Hold planning and debriefing meetings for each advisement project with ample discussion and time to change project Set calendar in June for next school year (include all BRIDGE Advisement projects) Know that the BRIDGE Advisement Checklist is only part of the work to be accomplished with students (foundation is laid in elementary school for students)
