 The RRES Elementary Program is a very diversified program offering every opportunity for our students to meet some degree of success in the learning of basic skills and skill patterns. It is our goal to give every student a working knowledge of basic Health and Fitness concepts. We hope to give students life skills that can be used well into their futures.

 The Following Clubs are offered before school ( from 8:15am-9:00am) throughout the school year:  Fall and Spring Runner’s Club 2 nd -4 th Graders 3 Week Sessions Wednesdays and Fridays Winter Fitness Club(s) 1 st -4 th Graders Two 3 Week Sessions Wednesdays and Fridays

 When the weather cooperates we have a two week session of Snow Shoeing. The last class of Snow Shoeing includes Sledding on the hill in back of RRES.  If we have a good Winter we may also do a Sledding Field Trip to Tri-Town Park in North Syracuse.  Please note paperwork will come home with students in regards to both of the above.

 Most of the games and activities that we play are based upon the following:  TRUST  RESPECT  PROBLEM SOLVING  COOPERATION and TEAM WORK  SELF CONFIDNCE  CONFIDENCE IN OTHERS
