PROBLEM  What are the reflections of Industry needs and expectations of project managers in training in curriculum design for project management education?  How has the curriculum design met the expectations and the industry needs of project managers in training?

PURPOSE  Identify the motivation for seeking Project Management training.  Identify industry needs of Project Managers in training.  Determine the expectation of the Project Managers in training.  Project Management Education curriculum versus industry needs of Project managers in trainings.

Methodology  The research design Survey Research design The Instrument for Data Collection Structured Questionnaires  The Method of Data collection Self – Administration of Structured Questionnaires  The Methods of data analysis i)Descriptive statistics ii)Spearman rank correlation was used to determine the relationship between Industry Expectation Versus trainees’ Expectation Industry Expectation Versus training exposure Training Exposure versus trainees’ expectation

 Results of Correlation Analysis There is positive correlation between Industry expectation and Trainees’ Expectation. There is no correlation between Industry Expectation and Training Exposure.
