Do you have committed workers assigned? Have potential problems have been identified and alternatives available if needed? Has the needed training been completed or scheduled?

K of C Recruiting Now your trained and ready to recruit You have set your organization in place You and your Council have identified what programs you will run and when. You’ve made the plans and got commitment You have trained your team to implement the plans WHATS NEXT?

K of C Recruiting Leadership IS THE KEY –Leadership is required To use the organization as designed To implement the plans To motivate the membership To identify and schedule needed training To Support and reward your Teams Nothing happens if the leadership is absent

Make sure your interviewers Know the subject matter Use Technology Customize the message to your council Invite the spouse Have both a one on one and group presentations canned Take a newer brother along to watch the interview process –

K of C Recruiting Follow up to ensure a clean finish – Get the Candidates to their degree Have your 1st degree Team ready OR, Coordinate with other councils to ensure no delay Publish your degree schedule in your District Work with your DD to get the 2 nd degree scheduled – Give the new Knights an assignment to get them active –Have an after action report submitted so any mistakes made are not repeated. Also to identify what went well
