K of C Recruiting Follow up to ensure a clean finish – Get the Candidates to their degree Have your 1st degree Team ready OR, Coordinate with other councils to ensure no delay Publish your degree schedule in your District Work with your DD to get the 2 nd degree scheduled – Give the new Knights an assignment to get them active –Have an after action report submitted so any mistakes made are not repeated.
