TEAM BUILDING Our Goals will be to set/accomplish the following: 1.Set a clear unity in purpose. 2.I want the group to be self-conscious about our own practices/workouts; our expectations/product. 3.Set clear and demanding performance goals. 4.I want each individual to carry his or her own weight; the importance of competition; everybody achieves not just participates. 5.Have the leadership of the team shift from time to time; family feel.
