You will thresh until the grape harvest and the grape harvest will continue until planting time; you’ll have more than enough to eat and will live safe and secure in your land. 9 Noun 2 We spoke earlier about nouns, making them into plurals; about abstract and concrete nouns. A common noun is a noun that names a general thing, not a specific thing. Boy, girl, city, country, company, planet, location, war. A proper noun is a noun that indicates the specific name of a thing. It begins with a capital letter. Robin, Alice, Lebanon, Egypt, Google, Earth, Eiffel Tower, Civil War.

10 Noun 2 We also have two kinds of nouns: count nouns and non-count nouns. A countable noun is a noun that indicates something you could actually count. For example, you could count dogs: one dog, two dogs, three dogs... A countable noun has both a singular and a plural form, and it can be used with the indefinite articles (a/an).Window, teacher, tree, lion, eye, cloud, pencil, heart, movie.

11 Noun 2 An uncountable noun is a noun that indicates something you cannot count. For example, you could count dogs: one dog, two dogs, three dogs... However, you couldn't count water: one water, two water – no, it doesn't work... An uncountable noun has only one form (no plural), and it cannot be used with the indefinite articles (a/an). Furniture, advice, mail, news, luggage, work, coffee, information.
