Level of Need: Performance Indicators NI 58: Emotional and Behavioural health of Looked After Children. In 2008/09 average score from carers’ questionnaires was 7.1 which is regarded as surprisingly low NI51: Commissioning Comprehensive CAMHS: Salford has been estimated as ‘underachieving’, although performance has improved since 2008 NI 50: Emotional Health of Children & Young People – 67% in 2008 felt they were supported (slightly above average score for North West and England as a whole)
