1. Vitamins do not provide us with energy. 2. High Fructose Corn Syrup is a poison. 3. Avocado, olives and nuts are cholesterol free. 4. Most of our daily calories are spent on physical activity. 5. Muscle is primarily protein by weight. 6. Carbs and protein have the same calorie value/gram. 7. The #1 cause of vitamin toxicity is supplement abuse. 8.
