George Melton grew up in Flora, Illinois where he began singing in quartets at the age of sixteen. He sang first tenor for several well-known groups before starting The Melton Family Singers.

Nedra Melton grew up in Whittier, California where she met George while singing in her high school trio Nedra is the mother of five children and has thirteen grand children.

David Melton was raised in East Peoria, Illinois where he grew up singing with his family. In 1987 David and his parents decided to go into a full-time singing ministry. David now ministers through preaching as well as through his music. He also keeps the Melton’s bus on the road.

Krista Melton grew up in Little Sioux, Iowa. Her parents passed on a love of music and she started singing at the age of three. Krista met David at a Gospel Sing where they both were singing. David and Krista have three children.

Pray For The Meltons Pray People will be encouraged. Pray souls will be won to Christ. Pray the Lord will be glorified through their music. Pray the Lord will watch over the bus. Pray the Lord will continue to meet their needs. Pray the Lord will give safety while traveling.
