He serves as the Project Advisor to various national and international companies.

Kapil Sharma:- A Cost & Management Accountant with over 3 years of experience in the arena of Finance, Costing & Accountancy. His past experience with the renowned corporation M/s Modern Flour and other Subsidiary companies i.e. Maxwell, Caterpillar, Goldstone etc. He specialised in CMA Report, MIS Reporting including Finalization of monthly Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Fund Flow, Costing, Sales Tax, Excise, Service Tax, Income Tax, & TDS Compliances of all the Divisions of the Company including inventory, production, sales and servicing.

Priyanka Luthra Khanna:-A young and dynamic Company Secretary & LLB with over 3 years of experience in the arena of Legal & Secretarial. Her past experience with the Official Liquidator Office, Ministry of Corporate Affairs in the capacity of Consultant Company secretary, Ballarpur Industries Limited, Avantha Group Also associated with other firms i.e. P. Naresh Chachra:- Having over 40 years of Industrial and Management experience in Electronics, Defence & Automotive sectors. He is Managing Partner in Dribex Consulting. Naresh Chachra was till recently the Managing Director of Hitachi Metglas (India) Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Metals, Ltd. Japan, a US $6.5 Billion company by sales in the area of advanced technology materials and products. He was responsible for managing the Indian manufacturing operations at Gurgaon, India which is a 100% Export Oriented Unit, globally supplying highly functional product using soft magnetic materials finding applications in power, electronics,medical and solar sectors. Instrumental in starting the Metglas ® brand business operations in India from the green field stage working with Honeywell & Allied Signal of US He holds a Mechanical engineer degree from University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), India and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University. In addition he has received several top management/leadership trainings in India and abroad throughout his career.
