Mission The mission of the Educational Technology Collaborative (ETC) is to advance the educational process and enrich the learning experience of students, both resident and remote, by providing teaching staff with the resources and support to integrate technology into instruction at all campuses of the University of Tennessee.

History Established in 2001 (competitive proposal process) Funded for 5 years, $300,000 allocated ($60,000 per year) Advisory board established w/representation from all UT campuses – Chattanooga, Knoxville, Martin, Memphis (Health Sciences Center), and Tullahoma (Space Institute)
