What’s Happened Since The Last Meeting ? Jaszczak and Birdsall Awards are now listed in the new TABARC Manual. Awards descriptions and application forms have been written and will appear on the new NPSS Awards website. Special Selection Committee has been formed for the Jaszczak Award and approved by the President (and President Elect). Award description has been written for the Jordanov Grants and will appear on the new NPSS Awards website. Jaszczak and Birdsall Awards and Jordanov Grants are described in the next NPSS Newsletter

What’s Happened Since The Last Meeting ? New wording proposed for the Phelps Grants. Motions were circulated before this meeting and will be voted on today. RITC Outstanding Achievement Award renamed the Glenn F. Knoll Outstanding Achievement Award Progress on Child Care Grants (see Christine Coverdale’s report)

2014 Jaszczak Award Committee Dimitris Visvikis (Chair) Michael King Suleman Surti Eric Frey Jinyi Qi Peter Clout Craig Levin Nominations due Feb 1 st Special Selection Committee decides winner which then needs to be approved by NPSS Awards Committee and then by AdCom. Awarded every 3 years Ron is thinking about changing and/or simplifying this process

What Still Needs to be Done ? Revise the Phelps Grants (if decided by motions later today). Update in TABARC Manual Prepare an Award Application for the Jordanov Grants for TABARC and have them listed in the TABARC Manual. List Jaszczak and Jordanov Awards on the RITC and NMISTC websites Update all awards in the next printing of our brochures Transition to online application forms for all of our awards and grants.
