MISSION To implement the missile nonproliferation policies of Ukraine in a manner of: Providing short courses (up to 72 hours) for delivering a brand understanding of the principles of missile flight. Associating short courses with the MTCR (Missile technology Control Regime) Supporting the existing programs via short courses for more efficient self-sustaining/civil equipment.
