Priorities for Promote visitability and linkages between accessible housing and transportation 2.Promote inclusive, alternative neighborhood designs that support aging in place such as: Villages, Co-Housing, Easy Living Home features, and Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities 3.Develop and maintain a strategy to ensure the continuation of the livable communities conversation at statewide and regional forums 4.Convene community partners engaged in livable communities planning to set benchmarks and offer best practices 5.Support additional collaboration between aging and disability services
