Everyone was extremely impressed. Lindsay, as always, is very accessible. Residential staff is always very accommodating with on-site changes. An amazing experience at Stockton. Stockton is the golden standard when it comes to event planning! Thank you very much for hosting us and making us feel so welcome. 9/3/2013 7:42 PM 2. Overall, we had a very good experience. We did have a few minor problems with housing, including having to make four requests to have graffiti removed from the dorm lounge bathroom. That is the bathroom that our campers' parents use, so it is important that it looks good. We had some key problems during the camps, but the staff was helpful with that. The biggest problem with our camps continues to be the vans. We reserve the vans during the winter to try to ensure that we get what we need. Every year, we encounter problems with either not getting the vehicles we need or getting ones that don't have the proper amount of seats. Every year, we have to have staff go back to Plant during camp operation to swap out vehicles or have vehicles added to seats. We were also concerned about the state of disrepair of the vehicles. For every camp, we had at least one van with a cracked windshield. We informed the proper people about this, but for the next camp, we would just get the same vehicle with the same cracks. 8/20/2013 7:52 PM 3. As always Lori and Lindsay made our experience worry free. 8/20/ :14 AM 4. Lindsay was a wonderful contact for us at conference and events services. She was very responsive to our needs and was always reachable, which was very much appreciated. Perry from production services went above and beyond in his work on both Sundays. The food services staff were also fabulous - very attentive and helpful. Thank you all! 9/6/ :34 PM 5.Residence life staff was very helpful. Laurie Griscom and Lindsay McGrath were always very responsive. We had some climate control issues and computer problems. Computer problems persisted for all camps, as the computers either didn't have Power Point (camp 1) or were unable to allow faculty to download files from dropbox (camps 3 and 4). That problem resulted in faulty having to switch classrooms after students were already settled into rooms with faulty software. The other problem that we experienced was college staff repeatedly entering and hanging around in our assigned dorm when they were not supposed to be there. We had one person "relaxing before I go on break" in one of our lounges, someone using the toilet in the main lounge for about 15 minutes when he wasn't supposed to be there, and there were a few other instances of people being in the building when we shouldn't be there. The housing staff was wonderful with making sure that the dorms were cleaned, but it appeared that the plant management staff wasn't actually cleaning the dorms and leaving it to the housing staff to have to do themselves. 8/29/ :31 PM 6. Everyone involved in providing services to us always makes us feel as if they really care about our needs. Thank you for being so professional and caring. Our program couldn't be a success without your help. You are very much appreciated and a joy to work with. –Yolanda 8/29/2012 3:47 PM 7. You are all wonderful! Thanks! 8/29/2012 2:48 PM 8. The power was out the first day of our program, which couldn't be avoided. Everything was handled exceptionally well. Thank you! 8/29/2012 2:29 PM 9. as always our experience at Stockton is a very good one. The dining experience, although beyond your control was a bit below par but the week was a great one. Already looking forward to next year. 8/29/2012 2:14 PM
