Main considerations  Efficiency aspects: highest CO 2 mitigation – investment costs ratio;  PILOT PROJECTS: MULTIPLICATION EFFECT  Technical feasibility aspects;  International trends (BAT and supporting schemes);  Other corresponding national support programs  Demonstration aspects;  EU requirements and related Hungarian legal documents (2002/91/EC directive, 7/2006 (V.24.) TNM, 2006/32/EC directive, National Energy Efficiency Action Plan, etc.);  Attractive program and simple procedure  Definite technical requirements;  Definite determination of grant;  Efficient control procedure;  More efficient investments should receive more support;  Resulted CO 2 mitigation and energy saving should be registered;  Only residential and public buildings are subject of support.
