ENGAGED PROJECTS IN THIS MONTH A.OFFICE BUILDING INFORMATION 1.Grand Building (HANOI)  Finish handing-over the office to Landlord  Finish Office lease contract termination  Lease a warehouse for Ha Noi Branch (150m 2 ) and move the remaining assets to the warehouse. 18

ENGAGED PROJECTS IN THIS MONTH B.INTERNAL MEMO 1.Keep tidiness and cleanliness at pantries and rest-rooms  Request employees to arrange personal stuffs at pantries tidily and orderly.  While washing, employees should limit splashes of water.  After washing, the available towels should be used to wipe the table if it is wet or soaked.  Waste must be put into the dustbins properly.  If finding anyone throwing waste carelessly, please inform GA Dept. 22

ENGAGED PROJECTS IN THIS MONTH B.INTERNAL MEMO (cont’d) 2.Security control at The World Center Building  All employees should wear nametags for security control and bring the magnetic card to unlock the doors.  During lunch time or when working time is over, the last employee leaving the office, has to turn off air- conditioners, lights and lock the doors for property safety and power cost saving. 23

ENGAGED PROJECTS IN THIS MONTH B.INTERNAL MEMO (cont’d) 2.Security control at The World Center Building  Visitors, suppliers’ staffs or workers have to register at Security before entering TWC Building and wear “VISITOR” tags during their stay in the building.  Access to 10F by lift is limited. People have to use stairs from 9F if they want to get to 10F.  For necessary cases to access 10F by lift, please contact GA Dept. (Receptionists) to borrow the magnetic card to unlock “10F” button temporarily. 24

PROJECTS IN NEXT MONTH 1.Finish re-setting up Da Nang office on 6F. 2.Deal with LADECO Landlord to reduce rental. 3.Revise Meeting room on 7F Bui Thi Xuan Building to office for “New BDO Project” (Ha Noi) 4.Consider Lease contract termination of Hanh Phuc office (Can Tho) 5.Start re-arrangement of Can Tho Branch at Hung Loi office. 6.Test working environment at TWC office as per Government’s regulation on Occupational Safety and Health. 25

Legal Counsel The transactions with Interested Party need to be approved by the Member Council  If there is any transaction with interested parties, all Depts. please send such information to Legal Dept. to prepare MC meeting if necessary.  How to define “interested parties” Interested parties are companies related to our company such as Cathay non-life (VN), IVB, CUB and other companies of Cathay Financial Holdings.  All such transactions need to be inform to Accounting Dept. for recording.

New rules on companies buying insurance Decree 122/2011/ND-CP in 2011 amending some articles of Decree 124/2008/ND-CP and guiding and implementing the Enterprise income law: Thus, Employee Benefits including: (1) Salaries; (2) Wages; (3) Other expenditure items paid to employees; (4) The bonus payments; (5) Expenses for purchasing life insurance for employees. are deductible expenses in taxable income as long as company prepare necessary documents. All the above benefits will be borne PIT by employees
