Basic concepts – Users Tutors – user who followed student according to the program level –Has access to Students list – students, assigned with tutor Information about assigned students – profile, program content, tests Message center – instrument for communications with the students –Responsibility for each assigned student Provide on-line consultations once in two weeks Answer to off-line questions in 5 days (10 questions a week) Check and evaluate practical exercises Reconcile date and time for theory tests, check and approve them Reconcile the graduate project
