Personnel ESG by Honeywell Project Lead – ESG by Honeywell Energy Services Group (ESG) has assembled an experienced group of professionals dedicated to assisting public entities maximize their existing facilities. Company Experience ESG by Honeywell Over 30 Years in the Educational Facility Planning Consulting Business ESG has been a Minnesota-based professional services company for seventeen (17) years. During that time, we have implemented over $450 million in educational facility improvements with over eighty customers in Minnesota and adjoining states. During that same time, nearly fifty Minnesota K-12 districts have leveraged our professional services to implement over $$330 million in facility improvements. In other words, our focus has been, and will continue to be, Minnesota K-12 clients. Honeywell has been in the educational facility planning consulting business since the early 1980’s.

Collaborative Effort ESG by Honeywell ESG Already Understands Much About Marshall Public Schools Likewise, we have developed the resources specific to your needs: space planners, specialists in school finance, engineers, architects, demographers, marketers and educational specialist. Beyond the potential benefit of shared resources, collaborations with other City of Marshall institutions have the potential of expanding the education experience for the students of Marshall Schools. Leaders of Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU), and specifically with Dr. Raphael Onyeaghala, Dean College of Business, Education, and Professional Studies, and Dr. Rhonda Bonnstetter, Department Chair of the College of Education. Although they expressed pride with respect to the existing ventures with Marshall Schools, they are excited about the prospect of expanded sharing opportunities.

Education Professionals ESG by Honeywell RAPHAEL ONYEAGHALA, PHD Dean, College of Business, Education and Professional Studies – SMSU RHONDA BONNSTETTER, PHD BOARD MEMBER - Minnesota Rural Education Association Doctors Onyeaghala and Bonnstetter will be engaged as consultants to address the educational aspects included in Component 1, Tasks 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 regarding current trends in education, gathering faculty input, and determining facility needs.

Demographic, Marketing, and Facilitator Professionals ESG by Honeywell HAZEL REINHARDT Professional Demographer Hazel comes with a list of credentials, having been a state demographer working with the census. She has been a private contractor for 18 years, working with 90 school districts in the state. Hazel has been previously engaged as a consultant to address Task 1.4, examining community development and demographic data along with district enrollment projections. Hazel has presented a demographics analysis of the Marshall Schools in 2013 and will be updated with new information gathered from the planning process. MIKE RICH Professor of Marketing – SMSU Executive Director of Southwest Marketing Advisory Center Mike Rich will consult with ESG-Honeywell to address Task 1.8, developing a plan to engage school staff, businesses and the community to integrate them into the planning process. Mike will also be an integral source for implementing Tasks 2.7 & 2.8., presenting key options to the school and public and final presentation to the Board of Education.

Architecture ESG by Honeywell GARY HAY, PRINCIPLE – HAY DOBBS ASSOCIATES Masters of Architecture -Columbia University, New York Campus Master Planning Educational Facility Design Pre-Design and Programming Campus Architecture 21st Century Learning Environment Design Urban Design and Landscape Design Community Involvement and Government Relations Facility Condition and Utilization Assessments Gary will provide a key component for Task 2.2, addressing proposals for renovations and additions to existing facilities.
