There are 2 types of spitting tobacco, sniff and chew. It contains 24 cancer-causing chemicals. Effects of spitting tobacco are bad breath, stains on teeth, mouth sores. Long term effects are cancer on lips, teeth can fall out, lips and gums bleed, and risk of heart attack and brain damage. Even with all the effects, many athletes still take spitting tobacco. Why? We have no idea.
