Concept Conduct an annual program in St. Petersburg and possibly in Europe designed to: 1. Provide professional skills training in areas not adequately taught in school or through most mentoring programs. 2. Provide an opportunity for the next generation of TAGLaw & TIAG firm leaders to meet one another and to start developing relationships.

Why Is This Needed? 1. Large domestic and multi-national firms attract associates and train them with similar programs. See LAW.com article August 1, 2007 re: White & Case’s “Professional Skills Institute” training program for its lawyers.

2. Schools and Journals are devoting more time and space to these topics. See ABA Journal articles in the July 2007 issue on (a) changes in law school curricula designed to teach lawyering skills, not just analytical skills; and (b) providing tips on time management. Why Is This Needed?
