Coordinate Department of Defense Concept Development and Experimentation efforts and lead the development, exploration and assessment of new joint concepts, organizational structures and emerging technologies through a process of discovery, innovation, adaptation and integration to drive transformation changes that achieve the optimal future Joint Force capability. JPP Mission Advances concepts of future joint warfare by discovery, experimentation, & rapid generation of pioneering and adaptive solutions to answer near term and emerging needs of the Joint Force Commander
