ABSTRACT A memory storage card that will provide host devices the capability of having access to a memory via the standard memory expansion slot and interface and also incorporates in it an embedded processing capability with a short range radio bandwidth capability, commonly known as bluetooth. This card will work with any host device that has a compatible expansion memory card slot and interface. The host device then becomes a Bluetooth memory enabled device. It is then possible to have the remote device access the memory content of the host and cause the transfer of data to the remote device. The bluetooth radio can optionally be swiched off by a sliding a tab on the side of the memory card saving power Whitney Bell
