Ultrasensitive plasmonic detection of single nanoparticles … NanoDefine NSC workshop, NRCWE, Copenhagen, June 6 th 2014 The NANODETECTOR technology is a unique technique to observe binding of single nanoparticles with different surfaces in real time in native media Using of different surfaces allows us to distinguish different nanoparticles Image from nanoparticles contains information on the size and material of nanoparticles Very large detection area (~ 1 mm 2 ) allows to detect binding of a few nanoparticles in the very high dynamic range – from 1 nanoparticle up to hundreds thousands of nanoparticles The technology is realized as a laboratory prototype Summary Topics of interest: The validation of the device performance requires reliable reference samples of different nanoparticles Extension of the application fields for NANODETECTOR technology (for example, detection of viruses or other biological nanoparticles or investigation of interaction of engineered nanoparticles with biomimetic surfaces)

Ultrasensitive plasmonic detection of single nanoparticles … Thank you for attention! NanoDefine NSC workshop, NRCWE, Copenhagen, June 6 th 2014 Contact: Web-site: Participants of Nanodetector project at kick-off meeting, Senftenberg
