To get to CougarWeb from the main CSCC web page, got o “Student Quick Links” and select “CougarWeb” from the drop down menu

CougarWeb Main Screen

Log In using the Log In tab. Secure links require Log In. 2

Log-In Screen

Type user name and password here, then click “Submit” only once. 3

Student Name After logging in, make sure that your name appears on the left of the screen. 4

Student’s Main Menu

Name On this screen and most links below, your name will appear on the right of the screen. 5

My Schedule

Name To view your schedule, click on the “My Schedule” link. 6

Name Select the term you want to view from the drop down menu. 7

Name To print your schedule, click on “File” and Student Name select “Print”, or click the “Print” icon. 8

My Unofficial Transcript

Name To view your unofficial transcript click on the “My Unofficial Transcript” link. 9

Name Choose the type of transcript you want to view from the drop down menu. 10

Name To print your unofficial transcript, click on “File” and select “Print”, or click the “Print” Student Name icon. 11

My Grades

To view your grade report click on the “My Grades” link. 12

Name To view and/or print your grade re- port, select the term on the right and click “Submit”. You may only select one term at a time to view. 13

Name To print your grade report, Student Name click on “File” and select “Print”, or click the “Print” icon. 14

My Profile

To view your address, telephone number and emergency contact information, click on the “My Profile” link. 15

Name Student Name Please note: Changes to this information cannot be done via the web. Please read the message above for more details. 16

Registration

To begin registration, click on the “Schedule My Classes” link. 17

You may select your classes by searching for the sections here [1], selecting the correct synonym for the course, writing it down and then going to this 1 link [2]. It is here that you may register for your classes. 2 18

The “Search for my classes” link will open a new window to the “Course Schedules” page. Click on the appropriate quarter to search for your classes. 19

Enter only the 5-digit Synonym number and Name Term on the Express Registration screen. 21

The courses you select will appear here. You must then select the action you would like to have transacted from this drop-down box. 22

Financial Aid

If you are a financial aid recipient, this link will take you directly to your award letter. 24

Name These links will open a new window directly to the site or form designated on the link. 24
