How well do you like your body? Which do you say “yes” to?  I am constantly thinking about my body size, shape, and weight, and am constantly working to improve my body.  I would be much happier and my life would be better if I were thinner or more muscular.  I commonly skip meals to lose weight.  I weight myself more than once a day.  I exercise mainly to lose weight or to look better.

How well do you like your body? Which do you say “yes” to?  I completely exclude foods from one food group in order to manage my weight.  I don’t participate in sports and other activities because I am embarrassed about my body.  I like to wear oversized clothes to hide “flaws” in my body.  I believe there are good foods and bad foods.  When I see a model in a magazine I want to look like her/him.

In your opinion do most teens have a positive or negative body image?
