Through the above process the participants will be provided understanding of the principles of SEIRI (Re-organization), SEITON (Maintenance), SIESO (Clean up), SEIKETSU (Cleanliness) and SHITSUKE (Proper attitude). Who Should Attend ? Management personnel, Manager and Senior Supervisor who are part of the various management, production and quality functions.
