Meeting in Turkey

First international meeting of partners was done in coordinator country, Turkey, between 8th and 15th October Countries present: Austria, Turkey (participant 1), Italy, Romania (Participant 3), Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania (Participant 9), Spain and Slovenia Turkey (participant 10)

In GÜLŞEHİR ÇOK PROGRAMLI LİSESİ, school we had a reception very friendly of teachers and students.

Also in AVANOS MESLEK YÜKSEKOKULU, we had a very kind reception

The working meetings have been performed at: GÜLŞEHİR ÇOK PROGRAMLI LİSESİ DEDEMAN CAPPADOCIA HOTEL AVANOS MESLEK YÜKSEKOKULU

The partners have presented their school, and educational system in their country.

The partners read and discussed about application form, planned mobilities and duration, distributions of tasks, work programme and schedule.

Microcontroller and motherboard was selected

The Belgique team has written reports about matters discussed and decisions taken and all partners has signed

All people of group have been received by the Major, and also educational authorities staff

We have visited Kaymakli Underground City, Goreme Open Air Museum

and others beautiful places and monument of Cappadocia region and her culture

In Ankara we visited museums and monuments also

Meeting in Italy

The second international meeting of Leonardo Association Microcontroller in Vocational School parnets has been in ISTITUTO PROFESSIONALE DI STATO PER L’INDUSTRIA E L’ARTIGIANATO “ GALILEO GALILEI “ in Caltanissetta – Sicilia – Italy, between 16th and 21st Januray.

Countries present: Austria, Turkey (participant 1), Italy, Romania (Participant 3), Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania (Participant 9), Spain and Slovenia Turkey (participant 10)

Arrival, welcome and dinner with the Italian team

Austria, Turkey, Italy, Romania, Belgium, Bulgaria and Slovenia students have participated in this meeting

The headmaster Loredana and Sonia welcomed to the students and teachers of all participating countries And the Italian students showed a presentation and told us something about Sicily

In the working sessions have been developed schemes and exchange of views among participants.

Connectors have been defined and discussed about the ports used for each peripheral and selected the C compiler to use

We had a interesting technical visit to ST Microelectronic Factory

We have made cultural visits: museums and theater of the city, The Town Hall and we were greeted by the Mayor

We visited Palermo, a tourist guide showed us the city, the Palace of the Normans, Cathedral …..,

Monreale and beautiful city Taormina

We visited Agrigento and the the beautiful place the Valley of the Temples

The farewell dinner at school for students, host families and teachers, was very nice and funny, with good and plentiful Italian typical food prepared by students of hotel and catering management, animation, songs and dances
