The Power To Be Your Best Presented by: Kaspersky Group Go, Jan Vincent Chan, Charmayne Lissa Chavez, John Vincent Cruz, Julian Melevo, Johahn

Company Established 1992 by a team of highly- motivated and enterprising Electronics and Communications Engineers Evolved into one of the country’s premier solutions provider for the Business services

Problems of the company The employees are lazy and distracted by their other matters. The employee never gives effort to his work at all because of the distractions. The employee himself/herself didn’t like his/her work at all

Solution to the problem They (higher ranks or manager) talk to the employee through evaluations and/or personal approach They trained the employees so that they could change the employee’s attitude towards his/her works and it would change the employee’s work process

Scenarios

Scenario # 1 Gerald is one of the managers in Trends Company. He is a bit down through evaluations because of his weak personality. This resulted to negative effort and results into a bad rating to the evaluations.

Solutions: Gerald could join a team building in order to help himself cope up with people with different personalities. This could help him improve his self-esteem. He could join seminars that could help him realize facts about handling members of a group.

Scenario # 2 Marie is and employee working for the Trends Company. She complained that her work repeatedly signing papers up. Its affecting her work because it’s making her sleepy and bored.

Solutions: The manager, Gerald, could assign her for another available job that would satisfy Marie to be motivated in her work. Gerald could also provide her a reward system or some privileges to motivate her.

Scenario # 3 Andrew is a very good employee in the Trends Company. Unfortunately, he brings his personal issues to work that he can’t focus on his work. This resulted for his work to get piled up and got reprimanded by Gerald

Solutions: Trends must have open forums or discussion day wherein the employees could release their stress in work or home. The employees could get together for a team building activity that they could get to know each other and help each other when a problem arises.

Thank You!
