Background Need to provide TA liaisons with sufficient background information to work with states Previous capacity building activities Related initiatives and SPDG activities Need to document TA activities AND relevant state activities Identify needs and overlap Need to document progress of states receiving intensive TA Accountability
Goals of Portfolio Enhance collaboration and dialogue between SEA and TA liaison Share what we find Look for overlap among state agency resources/activities Identify potential collaborative opportunities Document RTI Activities Over Time Create a BIG PICTURE of RTI state, regional national Evaluate TA Effectiveness Monitor progress of activities in SEAs Be responsive to current and future (e.g., identify additional TA needs, resources)
Creating and Maintaining the Portfolio Systematic review of state websites Use search features Review RTI websites Review Policies and Initiatives Ongoing updates or additions Monthly additions by TA Liaisons Updates added from publications (e.g., Ed Daily, Center newsletters, state announcements)
