Programme Programmes deliver benefits through change (outcomes), based on an agreed vision of an organisation’s future. Programme management involves co-ordinating the products and capabilities produced by its projects to move the organisation through the change process and deliver those benefits. Project Other Projects not part of a programme may require the application of certain programme management techniques. Programme Project Projects deliver products or capability (outputs). Project management involves delivering an agreed set of products and capabilities to the time, cost and quality targets specified. Project Programmes & Projects
