Feelings What should you do if someone writes something that is meant to hurt someone else’s feelings?

Web’s Golden Rule Golden Rule Remember the web’s golden rule: “Remember, there is a person there.” Emails, comments in chat rooms, and instant messages are read by real people with real feelings.
