Questionnaire employees We need to remember that the main tasks pertaining to this belong to the SARD team namely: -draft the guideline for the pilot interventions -draft the methodology for performing the baseline surveys -perform analyses of the pilots We need to focus of the processes as well

Questionnaire employees Baseline & end-line design All Associated Partners shall do it We should/could use the Audit instrument (3 or 10) Anyway it needs more questions regarding healthy lifestyle, satisfaction with the intervention

Questionnaire employees Printed / online – printed is better Translation issues - each Associated Partner will translate the questions in addition to Audit C. For this part a peer review will be performed by an in-house expert. Associated partners will input data according to explanations provided by the SARD team – an Excel spreadsheet will be provided by the SARD team with a coding book for the quantitative part Physical questionnaires will be kept for 1 year
