Progress Update – Homegroup Membership: Target: 200 members of St Peter’s in homegroups  Currently 172 people in homegroups Action: Continue face-to-face and direct chasing Action: Homegroup themed service at church building Action: Identify barriers to people joining a homegroup Action: Ongoing dialogue with people on ‘watch lists’ Action: Advertise homegroups before Sunday services Action: Create a short homegroup promotional video Action: Highlight the range of homegroup styles Action: Issue personal invitations Action: Encourage former homegroup members to find a suitable group
