Whether any Business Plan to generate revenue has been prepared: Business Plan under preparation. But due to constrain of ITI being established specifically for Tribal students instead of charging tuition fees for the trade course ,we are supposed to pay stipend for attracting students even then with all these constraints we will make our best efforts to make a strategic plan to generate revenue through alternative sources. Mainly at present the revenue generation is being done through grant from Tribal Sub Plan. 2. UPGRADATION OF ITI MANDVI THROUGH PPP WITH GSFC (FIBRE UNIT), KOSAMBA SECTION D: DESCRIPTION OF THE MEASURES FOR IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE INSTITUTE ( a ) What changes would you like to introduce for better management of ITI ? For the better management of the ITI we would like to introduce the concept of a course –wise Task Force (CTF) which would consist of the faculty member and one industry expert for that course. The CTF will be responsible for the following tasks : Gathering of market information about employment scope and placement opportunities, employer expectations from the course Curriculum design in keeping with the industry expectations Relationship building with prospective recruiters Infrastructure development for the course The CTF will report its finding to the IMC who will then take the final decisions regarding the various matters. In addition to the above the institute will opt for Computerization of all documents and procedure including MIS To achieve I.S.O.
