Intelligent Mail Measurement Develop a plan to utilize the Intelligent Mail platform for accurate service performance measurement Status:  Assessing Technology Capabilities  Developing Processes  Suggesting Alternatives

Key Findings (letters and flats)  Start-the-clock: mailer manifesting and container scanning  Phased approach being developed by product  En-route scans: available on all platforms  Implied stop the clock  En-route diagnostics and quality parameters  Stop-the-clock: last en-route scan or flat bundle scan at delivery for non-auto pieces  IMD – software update needed to provide IMB scan
