Some Preliminary Conclusions Strong growth in student interest Healthier balance within faculty ranks with more assistant professor hires High potential for faculty/staff retirements in next 10 years More diverse course topics, but traditional topics seem to dominate (may be more diversity of material in the traditional courses) Distance/online education options exist Generally positive outlook for research $ 22
