Wave Power By Hannah and Bronwyn

Wave Power Everyone knows fossil fuels are running out. Not only that, they have caused lots of damage to the world. We need a change, our idea is wave power!!

Our first reason is wave power is completely renewable, unlike fossil fuels. We know that bio fuels are seen as an alternative, but one day all the plants will die out. Wave power, on the other hand, as far as we know, will never die out. Also wave power is green, isn’t it? Wave power is GREEN !!!!!!!!!!!!

Our second reason is that fossil fuels make a lot of waste. And the bad thing is that the damage never goes away. Unlike wave power, which is waste free and easy to maintain. That means wave power is much better than fossil fuels. Admittedly, wave power devices are very expensive to set up but once they are built they are totally free. Because sea water is free isn’t it?

Our third great advantage of wave power is that it can produce a great deal of energy. Sea water is more than 850 times dense than air at sea level, meaning that wave power installations can produce a huge amount of power.

In conclusion fossil fuels are VERY bad, unlike wave power. So if you want your children or grandchildren to live in a polluted land then carry on. But if you are sensible, and as my power point shows, you would have realised that you should get rid of fossil fuels and change to wave power now.
